EAT

  
What is the definition of eat? To me the eating is not only for nutrition,but it's also for enjoy. I always eat very slow because that I want to enjoy my food. Even eating a small piece of biscuit, that's called enjoy too. Normally, I take about 15 minutes to finish a meal. But when it comes to special meal,such as having meal at a fast food restaurant, I will take even up to 30 minutes to enjoy eating.  It is really wasted to finish a delicious meal in a short time, must take a longer time to enjoy what, isn't it ? :D

So, next time when you eat, remember to eat slowly, chew slowly, and eat less in each mouthful. This is also a healthy eating habit!

Savour each mouthful of your food.
